This thermometer came from a past job. It's a great thermometer but it only reads in °C, but as they say "there's an app for that". I ended up with it because it isn't calibratable, which is the kiss of death in Bio-tech.

The boards are there to reduce the size of the smoker when I'm doing small smokes. I'm looking for a smaller smoker now. The hang up is I want one that's insulated and still cheap enough.
Incidentally, it was 32° out this morning when I started. It warmed up pretty quick once the sun got up over the mountains.
