But that's what is available around here. You would take the weight of the largest butt & base your time on that. If you have five 10# butts they would only take as long as one 10# butt. With the exception of the time it takes the smoker to get back up to temp after adding all that cold meat into it. So to be safe you would use the time from the largest butt & add another half hour for your 2 butts. Al
