Hi everyone - My name is Bo and I am new to this forum. I am from Dallas, TX and love all things BBQ. I even have an Instagram account dedicated to #meat called @bosmeat (it was originally called @picsofbosmeat as a joke lol)... Anyways, I have primarily smoked meat on my Traeger, but have been looking into offset smokers for a while and really not sure what to get. Hoping to stay under $2k but open to more expensive if it makes sense. Any suggestions or tips? Thanks!

Welcome to SMF!
I’m sure you will get many suggestions.
First thing I would do is list your location, because there are some regional builders that may be in your area. Shipping an 600-800 lb. smoker is not cheap, especially if it is cross country.
Good luck!
