Boneless, Skinless, Thighs (On My “Q”)

I didn’t use to go for these things, but I’ve gotten to love them.
I don’t miss the Skin as much as I thought I would, because grilling with a little sauce on them seems to put a New Skin-like surface on them.
And I really enjoy not having to deal with the bones. So much fun to eat without bones!!

So Mrs Bear gets them Semi-done in the oven, and then brings them to me to take to finish & put the surface flavor on them.
I just squirt some of her BBQ sauce on them & flip them a few times, until they have nice Grill marked Seared Surfaces.

It was Spanish Rice & Corn on the side this time.

And Yes, we had some Visitors again, this time in the field beyond My back yard. I never know where they’re gonna show up next.

Enjoy The Pics,

Bear

Finally a Beautiful Day for Grilling!!

Nice! I usually do the bone in skin on ones but to be honest i throw the skin out, to me it's just there to take the abuse of the heat lol

Great lookin meal . Love chicken thighs . That's a good way to cook them up too .
Thought that was a gun barrel bottom left in the deer pic .

Looks Tasty, We do eat a lot of Chicken , have some thighs in the Freezer

I "Like It"

Boneless skinless thighs are pretty useful in some recipes, but I just can't use them for just main item meal. I enjoy having the crisp fatty skin too much to give it up. I'm lazy, so I really wish I could find boneless skin on thighs and breasts. That would be perfection!

Looks awesome John!
I'll take a plate!!
Love the way you have the MES strapped down.
Looks like your ready for a hurricane!

Thank You!
I love the Skin, but Grilling them like this I don't miss it that much.

Nice job Bear!!
I Just done a batch of boneless thighs Saturday.
But your meal sure looked better.
Point worthy for sure.

Looks good, I love 'em! I like 1-2 sauced up on a bun or a roll. Try that with the bone in! :D

I know what you mean---The Skin was always my favorite part of any Bird.
I guess they don't sell boneless with the Skin, because I've often looked & never found.
The sauce & some good searing really does puts a pretty tasty surface on these though.

Thank You Al !!
I caught my MES rocking one time in the wind, and I imagined it falling over & being ruined.
We live on top of this hill/mountain, and we're higher up than anything within a couple miles of us, and we get some pretty big winds coming through here.
And Thanks for the Like.

Visitors again, ...I never know where they’re gonna show up next.

Hopefully, not in front of the car, right? Lol. My girls are learning to drive and the one thing they're worried about are the deer popping out in front of them....

Finally a Beautiful Day for Grilling!!

In addition to the deer, finally getting a clear day is yet another of the joys of PA...lol. But, boy, we've got beauty everywhere here!

Just Right:

Sure looks just right!

Pic, just to show my Set-up:

Look at that sparkly clean, spotless glass on the MES...

Thank You Kris!!
I always worry about Mrs Bear, because there are so many Deer around here, especially when the Buck are in Rut & acting Stupid. She thinks I'm a PITA, always reminding her to watch out for Deer!!!
I only ever hit one deer, back in '83.
Maybe we'll get our "Nice Day" tomorrow?
And Thanks for the Like.
