boneless prime rib

Gonna smoke a boneless prime rib Saturday. I did the boneless strip roast a couple weeks ago that turned out great. Same process be fine with ribeye?

Well if it worked for a strip loin, then it should work for a ribeye.

As Al said if it worked and was to your liking it will be fine for PR. A good thing to learn also is to keep notes that way you can repeat your process.

I couldn't find the "Strip Roast" you did, so maybe you didn't post it?
