Looks awesome Ray! I love horseradish too. But it doesn't like me. I have an allergic reaction if it's too strong. Luckily I never got to the bloody vomit stage. Just a nasty mouth irritation.

That's one fine looking late of food right there Ray. I did up a pretty nice spread yesterday but don't think it'd top this one. Great job buddy!!

Looks great Ray! Perfectly cooked too. The horse radish puts it over the top for me! I also have to use the deli stuff. The real stuff is too harsh for me as I get older, can't take that hard stuff like I used to. Thanks for sharing. Love Prime on the smoker.

Looks great . Love horseradish on prime rib . I have both of those you show ( made by the same company ) . Just bought some bookbinders , but the best comes from across the river in southern Ill. Fresh grated . Good stuff .
That S n S looks like it works pretty good . Just can't get onboard with it just yet .
That prime rib is cooked perfect . Nice work .

Gotta agree. Horseradish and prime is money.

Thanks Jeff! I like to take prepared and creamed horseradish and mix them up a bit to adjust the kick. Thanks for the Like, I appreciate it. RAY

Looks phenomenal! I’ll take mine with some of the horseradish spread on the right. Love that stuff on brisket

Thanks Peach, that means a lot to me coming from you! If you can take the stuff on the right you must be someone who can take hot peppers. I little bit of that prepared HR will open up your sinuses in a instant, I have to cut it about 50-50 with softer stuff. RAY

Lookin really good there. That is one heck of a plate. Sign me up!

Thanks JCAP! The fact that the linguini and spinach took all of five minutes made timing pretty easy. Thanks for the Like, I appreciate it. RAY

Nice looking prime there guy. It seems that beef and horseradish go together as does hotdogs and bake beans. Warren

Thanks Warren, I go for HR on prime and steaks. I can't remember the last time I had a hot dog, I guess when I started making my own sausage hot dogs became a thing of the past. Thanks for the Like Warren, I appreciate it. RAY

that looks great man!

Thanks Dave, I love it when a plan comes together! Thank you for the Like, I do appreciate it. RAY.

Thanks Steve! I find a little horseradish goes a long way, the straight prepared stuff is way to strong for me, but I'm not one of those guys that can eat spicy hot peppers either. Thanks for the Like Steve, I appreciate it. RAY

Thank you Robert! This turned out real nice as I tend to keep things fairly simple. I'm quite sure with your culinary creativity you could come up with something that made it look more like hot dogs and beans. Thank you for the like my friend, I do appreciate it. RAY

Thanks Mike, I get along a lot better with hard liquor than I do hard HR, that's for sure! Thank you for the Like, I do appreciate it. RAY

MMMMM....Got me licking the computer monitor! Jim

Thanks Jim. Don't do that, you might get a shock! Tahnks for the Like, I appreciate it. RAY

Thanks Rich, I am loving the SnS! I didn't even probe the grill temp this cook, just shut the bottom and top vents down to half closed to lower the cook temp from wide open. That way when I pulled the carry-over wasn't as great, maybe five degrees instead of 10-12. I'm also really liking the smoke I can get using the SnS, delivers real well. Thanks for the Like Rich, much appreciated. RAY

That looks great! One of my favorites and I don’t do it often enough.

Thank you! Dine on a little prime every now and then and you won't get so bored with brisket! Thank you for the Like, I do appreciate it. RAY

Thanks John, I know Bears do love their prime!, Funny, it doesn't seem like our teens were all that long ago, but when you do the math some big numbers begin to show, darn it! Thanks for the Like Bear, much appreciated! RAY

Looks excellent! Al

Thanks Al, I'm having some of your lox on a bagel right now! Thank you for the like Al, I do appreciate it. RAY

Ray, I can see you aren’t going to let me live that down, haha! I’m back in the.l game, got one going now!

Well it's not like a Wagyu rolls along every day! I've done tons of little primes but only a couple of briskets, none since we moved to AZ 15 months ago. We've been locked down seems like forever and I'm not going to invest the time a brisket takes for just myself to eat. Now prime brisket is going at Sam's for $2.49lb and I have to pass on it. RAY
