Mayo or Miracle Whip a little pepper and some pickle juice. I use my food processor because I like it in spread form more then chunk.

I break the ham up pretty well as well. Not really fond of large chunks either. You ever had potted meat sandwiches before? Is that has far you grind it?

If by potted meat sandwich you mean something similar to deviled ham(the stuff in a can) then yes I have and yes that's close to how far I process it.

I always liked Deviled Ham, so I often turn some Double Smoked scraps into a similar fine mix with Miracle Whip.
I've done the same thing with some Venison Dried Beef, and that was awesome, too.

I just had to give this a try. I broke out the ninja. Is this how far you grind it? It looks pretty good here.

Yup, that's what I was thinking.

Yup I agree with bear, you can go a tad finer. Just add the whip or mayo slowly.

Chris

That looks good, now just season slowly to taste.

One of my favorites - especially with a double smoked ham. Glad you enjoyed it.

I added a little at a time like was suggested. I might add a touch more pepper after it has set for a bit. But this by far the best ham spread I've had.

I gave up eating baby food when I was a wee tot. :emoji_laughing: A course if you don't have good choppers I guess you still need it. :emoji_wink: :emoji_laughing:
