Pellet grill Temp ?
Thinking 350 ish, Do not want to dry out the Chicken?
400 Be too high ?
This recipe is a HULA with coconut marinate and pineapple slices.
I will be basting and adding the pineapple slices later.
Not sure to put yams below the chicken or wrap in foil ?
Maybe do 250 slow smoke and add Yams after 1 hr ?
