Planning on Smoking a Butt this weekend in my MES40 and my local butcher has some nice looking boneless butts. Anyone use this before???

Personally I would rather have bone-in. More flavorful, should smoke faster too. But, that said, should not be any difference in the smoking process with either bone-in or boneless.
Have to agree with Flash, but, a smoked butt is always a smoked butt and will be delicious with or without a bone.. Good luck and dont forget the Bear-View.. lol
