i have done a few pulled porks and i feel comfortable doing them . QUESTION ... picked up a whole shoulder, never done a bone it. i can bone it out easily enough BUT was looking for feedback as.. IS IT BETTER FLAVOUR or any other benefits of BONE IN

THANKS FOR ANY FEED BACK GANG  :0)

You WANT bone-in shoulder cuts for PP. This will null the danger-zone time/temp issues as long as you don't inject or otherwise tamper with the intact whole muscle. Yes to better flavor with bone-in, too.
