I boil this bird and 4 theighs with...
Onion
Carrot
Celery
Black Pepper Corns
Salt
then after 2 hours I pull the meat out and pull from bones and skin(cool and put chicken meat in friddge.
I put the bones and skin back into the stock pot and boil 2 more hours
then strain and chill the broth down and put in fridge
next day skim the white fat off and save for gumbo
heat the jello chicken stock back up
put in new Carrot Onion and Celery...
soften them and bring to biol
place dumplin batter by the spoonful into boiling bubble points
once dumplins have cooked put chicken back into pot by sliding under dumplins and turn off heat
that my friends is chicken and dumplins!
BTW: Eat with hot sauce it drives a most excellent flavor!
