Hey peeps. So I made three bologna's today, my questions are...

1. How long will it keep in the fridge (made with TQ)?
2. what are the options for freezing some of it (ziplock freezer bag good enough)?

Thanks!

I like to cut them in large chunks and vac seal them, then freeze till I need them.
