Yup that is Store Bought. Since I have problems with stairs, I sold my curing Fridge I had in the Basement, so I don't do Bellies often any more.
I make more BBB instead, and I slice it too thick for BLTs, so I use Store bought for BLTs.

Had 2 bacon/mater sammies yesterday. Vine ripened but store bought bacon. Today I'm flame-grilling the remaining 2 types of maters and 3 different type of peppers for the freezer, Just might try a flamed grilled b/t sammie.
