Ingredients: Brown sugar, Salt, Spices (including red pepper), Tomato, Garlic, Onion, Red Bell Peppers, Parsley, Extractives of Paprika, and natural hickory smoke.

I love to make my own rubs, but when I get deals like these that make it cheaper to buy it, I do. This is a brand new product. I have to say, I was impressed with the ingredients. The rub has a beautiful color that held up for smoking some ribs last weekend. They were delicious. The neighbors couldn't stop praising them.

PRICE ALERT: ONLINE, THIS ITEM SELLS FOR $12.95 FOR THE LARGE RESTAURANT SIZE. BJ'S HAS IT LISTED FOR $8.95, BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE. THROUGH DECEMBER 31ST, YOU GET AN INSTANT SAVINGS OF $3.00 PER BOTTLE WHICH LOWERS YOUR COST TO $5.95!! BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE.... ON BJ'S WEBSITE, AND IN THEIR MAILED OUT COUPONS, THERE IS A COUPON FOR $1.75 OFF ANY McCORMICK PRODUCT, BRINGING THE TOTAL BEFORE TAX TO $4.20 PER BOTTLE.

I bought 5 bottles of it at that price. Since I can't make a cheaper rub, I'll be using this through the winter. I just wanted to share in case any of my smoking brothers have a BJ's membership. This is a HOT deal.

Never tried it before but since we have a BJ's in the next town over and for that kind of price I'll definitely give it a try.
Thanks for the tip!

I'll share any tips I run across. I'm going back to see if they restocked yet, as I have some more coupons and I'm gonna get some more.

Thanks Racey !
I alerted the boss, because she will be near our BJs in the near future.

I have been eyeing this stuff for a while now in our local grocer. Glad to hear someone gave it a shot and it was good.

I'll pick up one of these the next time I am in there.

Thanks for letting us know it was good!

Thanks for the heads up there Racey.

I went back to the website to print some more coupons and the McCormick one is gone. I believe coupons have cycled. I was able to find a $1 off on a food blog that hasn't expired. Just a quick update. At $5.95 per, this is still a great bargain and high quality rub. After Dec 31st, it goes to $8.95.

I'd like to hear what some of you think of it after you try it. I kind of like the addition of parsley.
