Wanted to smoke something for my birthday but had some other things to do so i decided to go picked up some NY strop, shrimp, and threw some asparagus in to feel healthy.
First time ever cooking shrimp and it tasted good to me! Got a little pre-occupied shuffling things around on the grill so the steak ended up a little more done than i would have preferred but was still fantastic. Started the asparagus in a foil pack with salt, pepper, garlic, and butter then put it on the grate to char it a little.
Overall was a pretty tasty meal to go with a welcomed sunny ohio day!
