Birthday Pulled Poek

Daughter’s birthday is next month so I am smoking some PP today for the event. Will vac seal and freeze tonight.

First time ordering the shoulders from Wild Fork. I ordered bone in, the package says bone in, but there is most definitely no bone.

So this will he my time ever doing boneless shoulders. Maybe shorter cook time? Wondering now if I should have tied them up with butcher twine. Oh well lol.

Turned out just fine, thanks gents. Took advantage of the opportunity for extra bark in the crevice

Almost exactly 8lb of finished PP, vac sealed and in the freezer now.
