Daughter’s birthday is next month so I am smoking some PP today for the event. Will vac seal and freeze tonight.

First time ordering the shoulders from Wild Fork. I ordered bone in, the package says bone in, but there is most definitely no bone.

So this will he my time ever doing boneless shoulders. Maybe shorter cook time? Wondering now if I should have tied them up with butcher twine. Oh well lol.

Interesting let us know how it comes out and whether you think tying it would have worked better or not

Oh tastes great. Of course! Hard to go wrong with pulled pork.

I’ll definitely stick with bone in. Or at least try to lol
