Birthday Bread

My Colorado son's b-day tomorrow so im doing some sd bread for him to ship out on monday morning.

The recipe was for 1 large boule, i divided for 2 for him. Kettle kinda hard to control with it being so warm outside.

Cooling now.

Dang brother your turning into the bread man, from the sausage man. I know it’s a lot of fun to make bread & you don’t have to have a bunch of equipment to make it. We have gone in that direction too!
