Biltong, Three Kinds!!

Hey all, had a chance this weekend to get a round of Biltong in the dryer…. This go around is beef, elk and trying some bison!

Should be done towards the end of the week!

I dunno Ryan. The skid loader sounds like fun to me, but then it's not my daily job. Just about any job gets old with repetition.

Still; it's hard to beat a day of smoking.

Definitely wasn't a bad day but if you're looking for a day or two of fun come on over! Have 4 more semi loads of hogs to load this week...I never turn down help. But have a few things on the want to try list I'd hoped to get to this afternoon...good thing for leftovers to eat later!

Doesn't everyone? Only loaded 7 loads last week. One night of 3 hours sleep...I'm getting kinda ugly...I need all the beauty sleep I can lol!

I think that you'r tougher than I am Ryan. I might survive one night of three hours sleep but after two I wouldn't be functioning on a very high level.
