My first biltong... WHA....... Yep..
Pretty good... no overpowering flavors.. I'll get it again.... UNTIL.... I make my own....
$11 for 3 of those 2.25oz packets..

I know the girl who worked for them and likely gave the direction on their bag design and marketing for wider vendor product placement. Small world :D

DO, It's funny you post this as I just bought my first bag ,same brand/flavor last week also. I've wanted to make some for a few years and saw a bag at a local store last week. I thought biltong was going to be my next "fun project' and the taste confirmed it. Justin aka WaterinHoleBrew set me up with box building instructions. Low and behold my wife ordered me a biltong box and knife for a Valentines day present yesterday. I'll be experimenting soon !
 
My biltong box showed up today and I really want to start a batch but the fish are biting so biltong is on hold ! :emoji_smile:
