I had not planned on doing another batch of Texas Twinkies BUT...I saw these this morning..
The cutting boad is 11" x 15" if that helps with the perspective.
I'll post up the final results in a few hours..

I grew a hybrid from Bonnie last year called, "Mammoth" jalapeno. Was supposed to have the same heat as a normal jalapeno, but bigger peppers. They were not hot at all compared to what I normally grow so went back to the regular ones I always grow this year.

I think they're ABTs.

I'm not an expert but I believe the addition of brisket burnt end bits earns them the Twinkie moniker.
Anyway, first time I've added brisket to them, but it works (along with the chipotle in adobo mixed with cream cheese and colby).
