Had a lot of chores to do around the house, so I fired up the smoker (since I was going to be around to tend it anyway) =).

A good friend of mine loved my first fattie & decided that's what he wants for his birthday every year (I'm gonna put candles in it for him on his next B-day -- after it's smoked LOL!). He found out I was firing up this weekend and he built his first breakfast fatty.  That's Jay right before we rolled it up.  This was the first time I used my new fattie piston -- what a dream that was!

Of course, when you have "grillestate," you need to take advantage.  So I covered the grates with good eats:

We had 2 pork roasts, boneless pork ribs, four fatties, and (not shown here) ten brats, 40 ABT's, and about four lbs. of cheeses.  Below is our Memorial Day breakfast fattie.  We had these slices over English muffins topped by poached eggs.  A real hit!

The rest is to be consumed throughout the coming week.  More Q-view coming as we serve it up.  Thanks for looking!
