Gee didn't know they had shrimp in the big lakes...learn something every day.
My brother who lived in LA called craws...mud dogs....had some good boils (big party with some of his Cajun friends) when i visited him. Boils plus fried gator, and soft shell crab...lots of beer.
Them do look like good healthy ribs

We didn't get any shrimp that time, but other parties he had they were part of the boil.

Go to restaurant depot if you have one. They are listed as chuck ribs. I went back last week and found another pack of 4 almost identical to these. We haven’t stopped talking about them since we smoked them. I’m happy to have another pack in the deep freeze!

Oh...now I see were you got em...don't have a place like that close enough to me ...darn it.

Yea neither do I. I'm going to try a cpl places here where they have butchers. I also need to find a place that sells real butcher paper. For some reason I can't find that either.

You know, I found a local butcher who isn’t in business any longer. He ordered me a giant roll of butcher paper for $22. It was so much I had to put it under our spare bed when not being used. I never thought I’d use even half of that roll, but I’m sure glad I’ve got it now. We use it for so much.

Don't you need a membership to shop at restaurant depot? And don't you have to have a business license/resleller's permit to buy there? Always wanted to shop there, but that was the drawback.

Yea I just looked that up and we need a bizz license. That sucks b/c I have one about 1hr 45 away. I was hoping there was a loophole like retired military is allowed or something but nope.

I've got a friend who owns a small business, and it's free to join. So I simply had him join and give me his card. I use it all the time with zero issue.
