Beware: No more CFM Customer Service

I ordered two damper plates for my GOSM through the parts page on the Web. I was charged for two and the packing list said two, but there was only one in the box. So I try to call them, guess what?? The customer service line was discontinued due to the bankruptcy. Be wary of ordering any parts from them, as I don't think you have any recourse if something is screwed up.

If you used a credit card you may be able to do a charge back, call your credit card company immediately.
