Best time to buy a smoker

Looking to get a smoker and wondering when the best time t o get a deal would be. Right now I can get the Pit Boss 700FB for $120 off. I assume Pit Boss controls retail prices but is it worth waiting another month to get a better deal?

There are sales for Memorial Day, Father's, Labor etc. End of the season when retailers are getting rid of grills maybe the best. But, waiting and possibly being sold out would be a problem. I'd buy it and get some smokin in.
