Best gift ideas

Hi smokers,

Any recommendations for great gifts that I could get someone new to smoking?  My friend has a smoker, thermometer, and a few other basics but are there any items in particular that a newish smoker should not be without?  Thanks for the help,

Box of gloves....and some of the cotton gloves from Harbor Freight...to put under the gloves for handling hot meats.  They are not that expensive and work just fine when hand pulling butts.  Also...there are Fat Separators that work for the juices...about $15 at Beds Bath and Beyond.
