So figure about, 3 tablespoons of butter and a third of a cup of flour?
I was going to caramelize the onions separately and use the butter and flour to make a roux.4 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
one cup cider
one cup broth
S&P to taste
The extra tbsp of butter was for the onions to caramelize if you do that step.
