or seven fingers actually :emoji_joy: :emoji_sweat_smile: It's served as a 7 finger chop at Perry's. I didn't get a pic of mine showing that as I was alone at the time and ran out of hands haha.

The potatoes were great! Wife said they could use some more butter next time though :emoji_grin:
 
I got to try your gravy.
one cup broth
one cup cider
So figure about, 3 tablespoons of butter and a third of a cup of flour?

4 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
one cup cider
one cup broth
S&P to taste

The extra tbsp of butter was for the onions to caramelize if you do that step.

I was going to caramelize the onions separately and use the butter and flour to make a roux.
