Belly Went To Burnt Ends

Got another nice belly to use for sausage/salami. My wife says you never make burnt ends much anymore..... Ok can I just take half.

So burnt ends.
Used some gospel for the rub and country bobs for the finish.

On the pellet grill for 2.5 hours. Then the bobs for 45 mins.

Yeah she did.

This is just half the belly. Other half got froze.
