Scored some of the spare ribs at Cash & Carry for $1.70 per lb. and turned them into a nice thank you dinner with the neighbors. They had gotten a couple of trailer loads of gravel and filled pot holes in our dirt road, so I figured a thank you dinner of ribs was in order.

I mad a basic BBQ rub similar to Jeff's and added some Jerk seasoning to it, I really like the flavor Jerk seasoning adds to pork. Gave the ribs and the trimmings a good rub and smoke them un-foiled with apple wood for about 5 1/2 hours. Finished them off with a glaze of my BBQ sauce and they were fantastic!

Thanks for looking!

Keep on smokin!
