Hello all, My name is Daniel and I'm from central FL. Pretty much just started smoking this year. Mostly Boston Butts for pulled pork, pork ribs, and trying to get the hang of chicken thighs & breasts. Any tips and/or tricks would be greatly appreciated. Also looking for good ideas for side dishes ( Cole slaw, jalapeno corn, etc...) I use a 30 x 20 Char-Griller with a side mounted fire box. We like the added flavors of applewood and hickory, so always looking for deals on that as well.
