Hello All.

My name is Wingnutz.  I live in Northern California.

I have always used a Jenn-Aire propane grill for years and love it.  But my neighbor has a new smoker (5 months ago) and I just cant  take the wonderful smell coming from his house every 3rd night when I got home.

So the wifey wanted me to buy a smoker.

I bought the MasterForge digital electrical smoke..

1st time user.

I am looking forward to exchanging ideas and good receipts with all of you.

Happy Smoking........
