tried my hand today at smoking a beer can chicken. i started out by trimming
the bird down, so it would fit in the can.

then added a few drum sticks to go with it.
this is the finished product, pretty darn tastee,
smoked these at 225-250 until internal temp reached 165-170. on my lang smoker, ( i think everyone should have a lang smoker) because they are a good smoker.
THANKS FELLOWS< TELL ME HOW I DONE ON MY FIRST BEER CAN CHICKEN, personally i prefer to just to cut  down the backbone and split in half and smoke.
