It's cold,snowy and icy here in Indiana so I haven't been smoking. My wife bought me a Mr.Beer for My B-day so I am making a bacth now. Cant wait till spring I will be eating my own Ribs and drinking my own Beer It just don't Get any better than that.I'll keep checking in from time to time

That red Brinkmann of yours will kick out the smoke even in colder weather. Have some blankets ready if it isn't reaching temp and carefully drape them over the top. Avoid getting to close to the element pan though. No reason to wait til spring!
