Hello everyone, I have been a member here for a while, I do a lot of reading, but hardly ever post. I recently picked up an older trager pellet smoker and I am looking for suggestions on what to cook in it this weekend.

Thanks Stan

I agree with the ribs, but I just made some thursday lol. I tried to take Dave's advice, but had to settle for a flat as I couldn't find any packers last night. I got it started smoking at 7 this am. When it is done I will start a new post with q- view.
