Beef Smoked Sausage

I keep telling these Indoor Toys that they’ll get a lot more action soon, during the Winter Time.
However, just to keep them from kicking breakers to get even with me, I decided to use my “Air Fryer 360”.

Mrs Bear brought me a Beef Smoked Sausage, from Hillshire Farm.
I've done Single Smoked Sausages in my AirFryer before, but never a whole ring, so let's give it a Go!

So after poking some fork holes in it, I put the Ring in the Wire Basket, and set The “360” for 20 Minutes @ 350°. Will pause & check @ 12 minutes.
No need to flip it over, because I’m using the Wire Basket.
Checked it @ 12 minutes, and it was at about 170° IT, so I removed it.
I squirted some of Mrs Bear’s BBQ sauce on a Hot Dog Roll, and dropped the right length in there.
I could eat these Smoked Sausages a lot more that I do, I’ll tell you that right now!!!

I only ate one Sausage Sammy, because I had a couple slices of leftover Pork Roll to get rid of.
So I put some Mustard on a Hamburger Roll, and dropped them in.

Note: I have learned to set the time well beyond the predicted time needed. This means I can just pause it to check it. If I set it for a shorter time, and let it run out before checking, then if it needs more time, it will automatically go through the Preheat stage again.

Thanks For Stopping By!

Bear

Thank You Chris!!
Yup, I love them Grilled too, but they come out Great this way, and I'm putting in new Step by Steps, for if people get an Air Fryer, they don't have to work so hard trying to figure out how long & what Temp to use on a lot of things.
And Thanks for the Like.

Bearcarver, you are truly the sammie master! :emoji_pray:

Thank You Much!
I can't help myself---I love Sammies!!
I carried at least two in my lunchbox nearly every day of my life.
Watching Gunsmoke the other day, and they had a big tray of Sammies on the Bar free to the paying customers. My eyes lit up, as I tried to see what was in them back then.
And Thanks for the Like.

Thank You CC !!!
The Crockpot is not one of my toys---That's Mrs Bear's toy, along with the Kitchen Stove.
My Toys are MES 40, Weber Q, Sous Vide Supreme, PowerAirFryer XL, Air Fryer 360, and Indoor Smokeless Grill.

I can understand that !!
I started out with my first 3 years of school carrying a "Lone Ranger" Lunch Box.
Then went to Brown Bagging to school for the next 9 years.
Then a Black Lunch Box for 20 years to Bethlehem Steel.
3 years Break from Bethlehem Steel while Eating in Army Mess Halls.
Then that same box for 10 years at a Cabinet Shop.
Then working & eating at home in my own Cabinet Shop for 11 years.
Then working part time for my Son's Tower Business, and stopping at Wawa for lunch.(Eating while driving)
Eating at home ever since that.

God Bless the DVR!!
I do the same thing with Gunsmoke, Bonanza, Rawhide, and a couple others.
Then I delete the ones that I saw a short enough time ago that I remember what happens, & watch the rest when TV is Lame, like you said.
Plus since I got Fire TV, I watched all the "Cheyennes", "KungFus", and "Due South" episodes.
Retirement is hard to cope with!

Thank You Jim!!!
However I also save myself a lot of time & Brain Strain, because I'm probably the biggest user of my Step by Steps. I always consult my Index before planning a Smoke I haven't done for a few weeks or more.
The only extra thing I do for you guys is cleaning it up & making it easy to follow, because I'm sure I could go by my "Notes" alone.
I'm very glad I'm able to help some of you guys.
