Beef Smoked Sausage
I keep telling these Indoor Toys that they’ll get a lot more action soon, during the Winter Time.
However, just to keep them from kicking breakers to get even with me, I decided to use my “Air Fryer 360”.
Mrs Bear brought me a Beef Smoked Sausage, from Hillshire Farm.
I've done Single Smoked Sausages in my AirFryer before, but never a whole ring, so let's give it a Go!
So after poking some fork holes in it, I put the Ring in the Wire Basket, and set The “360” for 20 Minutes @ 350°. Will pause & check @ 12 minutes.
No need to flip it over, because I’m using the Wire Basket.
Checked it @ 12 minutes, and it was at about 170° IT, so I removed it.
I squirted some of Mrs Bear’s BBQ sauce on a Hot Dog Roll, and dropped the right length in there.
I could eat these Smoked Sausages a lot more that I do, I’ll tell you that right now!!!
I only ate one Sausage Sammy, because I had a couple slices of leftover Pork Roll to get rid of.
So I put some Mustard on a Hamburger Roll, and dropped them in.
Note: I have learned to set the time well beyond the predicted time needed. This means I can just pause it to check it. If I set it for a shorter time, and let it run out before checking, then if it needs more time, it will automatically go through the Preheat stage again.
