Marinade in Mojo Crillio over night. Then no more than 4 to 4 1/2 hours on the smoker at 225 to 250º. I have just placed them in a pan or done a modified 3-2-1 more to the tune of 2- 1 1/2 - 1/2. You can also just use a rub if you like. Jeff's is great.
That sounds right up my alley. I just bought some mojo sauce to use in another recipe but I will use it with this ,also have Jeff's rub that I know is good. Thanks for your imput , is the cooking time close to babybacks?
