Beef Short Ribs and Sirloin $5 at Albertsons. Buy one get one free. I use the Sirloin for my Pho but might have to use one package for something else as I just getting my Thai Basel going in my indoor garden.

Check out the Kent Rollins video where he marinates sirloin steak in black coffee . I've never tried it , but will if I find sirloin at a good price .
