For those that like Pho Jet Tila has a quick very good broth recipe. Better than some restaurants I been to. Pho the reason I have my indoor garden going with Thai Basil.

I really was not sure what it is, or like ,

I love me some hot and sour soup, so I looked up your
Pho..... and this is what I found, and I was saying it wrong also. Even if only in my head.

I have been hungry for Pho since I picked up shaved Wagyu a few weeks back.
So much better with fresh Thai basil

The shaved meat is cooked by pouring the boiling broth over it in the bowl and then adding the softened noodles.
My favorite Pho is beef and also includes some honeycomb tripe.
