Got some beef ribs at Walmart. Not much meat on them but it's my only option on where to buy them. Used lump in the kettle and kinda used a snake with the lump. Cooked for 10 hours unwrapped the whole time. Finally I made tender beef ribs.

Thanks everyone for the comments. Yeah it smelled good outside and inside all day. I must have bent intake vents cause I had them closed the whole cook and it ran 250-280.

Looks good. Those Walmart 4-packs around here usually have two ribs with some meat on them and two ribs with not much meat on them.
