We have a good meat counter at a grocery store going to talk with him in the morning just feeding 6 adults and smoked mac and cheese

Beef ribs for the win! Don't get me wrong i love pork ribs but the beef ribs are something special, but like was said they are expensive.

Kevin, got a Costco near by?? $4.99/ lb for prime beef ribs. Done them a couple of times and love them.
I think it was Chili that coined the phrase " Prime Rib on a stick"

Just tell him that you want uncut Beef Chuck Short Ribs, the whole racks in cryopac.

There are usually two racks per pack and you'll need at least two racks for five people, maybe even four.
Average 4-5 bones per rack and most adults can handle two bones no problem.
Hearty eaters will eat three and may still look longingly at others ribs.
