Hello Everyone:
So i made some ribs last Tuesday. Some pork (see other thread... Ribs! Oink Chicka Oink Oink) and some Beef. These are the Beef ribs i made. they were delicious and tender to eat and had a good beefy flavor. on to the pics!

I seasoned by soaking in Worcestershire and black pepper overnight in the fridge.

Then i put them on the smoker about 300 degrees and smoked for a couple hours before turning them over...

after a couple more hours at ~250 i pulled them and let them rest...

As i said before they tasted fantastic. I used pecan and apple wood for this smoke and it worked good on the beef and the pork.

Thanks for looking and any comments and/or likes you want to leave!

Happy Smoking,
