Beef Ribs , Babyback ribs, insideout hamburger, and Boston butt

Few weeks ago I ask which is the best ribs , Beef ribs , Babyback ribs , Spare ribs. I got a lot of different opinions.

At that time I had spare ribs on smoker. so I couldn't make up my mind what I wanted to try next. So why not do both beef and Babyback ribs. And might as well put on some hamburger for lunch too. So here the pictures.

Saturday (July 16 ) smoked the ribs, hamburgers  and on Sunday smoke the Boston butt, Pineapple is for making smoothies.

Wife only likes American cheese in hers, Mine has lots of goodies, jalepaneo peppers, mushrooms , onions , pepperjack cheeses,

Babyback ribs after being foiled up. They were so tender that i had hard time trying to just pick them up off the foil without falling apart.

ok here the rundown on the best ribs , first there all great but,, the babyback are the best !!!!!

this was the first time I did Beef Ribs, they was good. Might leave them on a little longer next time. I took them off at the same time as the Babyback. I did a 2 1/2 on the smoker then 2 hours wrap up . Was going for 1 more hour unwrap but the babyback was falling apart as it was. So I just took them off .

On Sunday we smoke the Boston Butt, but,

so will have a redo on the Boston Butt ( with Qview ) Wife like that Idea !!

I think our standard for baby backs are 2-2-1, although I only do a 2-2-.5.   Not doubt they can be the best, but also the most expensive and why the others get used so much. I love the beefies when they are meaty, but that comes and goes in our area.

that all we make anymore is stuffed burgers, thinking about buying the (Stufz Burger Press) check it out few times. Not sure yet

Just Build a "CHARCOAL BASKET" for my smoker box.

so Sunday will have to try it out. Will start with Breakfast fattie

maybe throw on some chicken too
