Nicely cooked. Great color. What wood for smoke?

Beautiful! Dang those look perfect! I gotta do those beef ribs again Ricky-tic! Thank you for sharing!

thanks bauchjw they were great! coarse salt and pepper is all they need ... oh and thin blue smoke of your wood liking!

Looks good! So what temp did your lang run at while smoking? I'd love to come visit chat and talk with ya again but unfortunately I've been too busy harvesting to do so.

Kept the lang about 230f +/- 10F but that happens ... ran maple that I dried on the fire box top rotating 4 peices...
Thanks for the "Looks good"

Looks good.
Question: what’s in the cup? A finishing sauce of some sort?

Stay out of chat.

yankee2bbq - Thanks... the cup is liquid gold from the butt that I defat and mix back into the pulled pork

Nice work on both! the beef ribs look to die for!

Those are some fine looking ribs, and the butt looks delicious!
I don’t even buy meat anymore unless it’s something on sale.
I’m working off what I have in the freezers.
Unfortunatly, no beef ribs, but I do have a butt in there somewhere!
Al

sandyut - Thanks

SmokinAl - Thanks ... Local buther shop carries the beef ribs and the butt was 99 cents a pound. If your going to smoke - smoke enough for weeks!
