thks again all, seriously i encourage all who wish to do this but have not yet done one yet to give it a try, it is a very basic smoke and actually unless you let temps get away from ya i beleive good results are easilly attainable, it is awesome and with leftovers you can make steak sammies etc.

Dont know how I missed this. That prime rib looked awesome. I never thought of doing a rib roast. I have thought about smoking some steaks and finishing on the grill. Have you ever done that? Hey that "input" movie is Short Circuit. Johnny Five Alive!
