Beef Rib Pizza

I smoked some beef ribs and made a pizza with the left overs. The 16” pizza was made in my Ooni Koda 16. It had BBQ sauce and red sauce mixed, mozzarella, smoked Gruyère, and beef rib chunks. I thought I would share. Enjoy!

Damn, that looks awesome, I bet that was kill'er.
I've used smoked chuck roast on pizza and it was great.
