Beef Plate Ribs

Hello everyone. I live in Cincinnati and have bought plate ribs from a couple different butchers in the area. They have turned out great but not as big as the ones on you tube. I was just wondering if I was asking for the right type of rib. Or any butchers you could recommend would be great. Thanks. Im looking for them dino ribs

What part of the country are you from? This may help the posters guide you to a butcher

I live in Cincinnati Ohio. I went to a different butcher today and picked up these. Can’t wait to cook them
