This is how I make my Beef Pho. Here is the line up:
That purple can is good by itself but mixing the two is really good. Used 2 cups water, 1 1/2 Tbsp of the Harvest and 1 Tbsp the Brown one. Also a dap of that Ginger. Man is that good. I use in all kinds of stuff.
Once broth is simmering I add veggies and simmer 5 minutes. Mean while boil noodles for about 3 minutes and add to bowl with spouts, Thai Basil and beef sliced very thin. I just grew these sprouts in a mason jar.
Pour hot broth into bowl and stir. I add more basil as I am eating it. This is better than some restaurants I have had.
