Purchased 4lbs of top round and sliced it and let set in marinade overnight. Unfortunately this will not make it through the weekend but it’s so good!!

The first batch I made, I wasn’t impressed and said I wouldn’t make anymore...that was five batches ago...😜
 
Looks great! Love the color. I have the same problem here as well. I don't know why I bother to vac seal the stuff!
