I gave my neighbor a couple of spare rods and reels for him and his son. He just happens to be a butcher at Safeways. So he stopped by with 6# of top round roast, sliced! Sliced too thin IMHO, almost see-thru. So I got the marinade ready and got ready to smoke. Doing half of meat today. Preheated MES30 to 300 tbs started and in it went. I improvised some stainless skewers for the hanging. Using mesquite, smelling real good here!
