As an Aussie, we do have these Brahmans up in the Northern areas of Queensland and the Northern Territory. I've never seen beef hump in a butcher shop here (I am in SE Queensland). Might be special order. In any case, very interested in seeing how this turns out because I've never tried it.

Please show us pics etc.

Yeah.. That Picanha was a "walk away" price for me too and in general beef is more expensive in Australia than the US. Go figure!
